On the patio, you will find a shaded dining table to seat four, as well as two lounge chairs. Spend some time soaking up the California sun! This home has ceiling fans for cooling, and as it is so close to the beach, it usually catches a gentle ocean breeze.

Loved the proximity to the beach and pier - weather was beautiful - was a little worried that there wasn’t air conditioning but the cool ocean breeze blowing thru the windows was amazing!

Super location, beautiful beaches, loved the pier! Our family lives in the area, can meet at T street in minutes! The place has thin walls so definitely need white noise for sleeping!
