The MetroLink is a short walk away which allows you to take the Surf Liner from Los Angeles all the way down to San Clemente and San Diego. -The newly remodeled kitchen has quartz countertops, new dishwasher, and professional grade range/oven. All appliances are stainless steel.

-The 50 inch flat screen TV and Directv service ensures that you never miss your favorite show or sporting event while on vacation.
-A large work station with desk and chair allows you to work from home, check email, or track the incoming swells before walking to 204's with your surf board.
-Wi-Fi internet is available.

-A large sliding glass door allows ample sunlight into the entire house and leads you out to a small balcony that provides you beautiful views of the hillside and gorgeous sunset views.
-BBQ available - front courtyard features a BBQ, patio furniture for relaxing outside, and a firepit for cool evenings. When it gets dark you can easily turn on the overhead patio lights for even more ambiance.
