Private, quiet, everything available in the flat you could want, comfortable beds and pillows. Close to a shop that's open late, free parking very close, pizzeria and Chinese restaurant also very close, a short walk into town. Perfect.

Definitely choose this accommodation if you want an apartment with a good price/quality ratio, you want to cook something or do laundry during your stay. During the whole stay, you have a parking slot available for yourself (just a 2-3min walk from the apartment) and the city center is at a walkable distance. The owner provided us with clear instructions before arrival and responded fast to our messages; we even received some chocolate bars on arrival. It is true that there's a second appartment right next to this one but there were two doors and we did not even notice whether there were some other guests.

I suggest you do not choose this accommodation if you're a neat freak. Of course majority of things were perfectly clean but some surfaces and things (such as the top of the fridge, insides of the kitchen drawers, coffee machine filter, a stove pot, window sills) could have used some more cleaning. In addition, looking for ways how to remove the black stains/mold in the shower would definitely improve the experience.

Lets start from the check in - it was very easy and fast. Bogdan is communicative and his answers are fast and helpful. The property is pretty nice and clean. Everything you can need is there. Impecable. Everything was there, even stuff you never knew you needed. Much better than a 4* hotel Cleanliness was top notch and everything is brand new. The bed was very comfortable and helped me sleep way better than in my own bed! Fully equipped kitchen. There is also a PRIVATE PARKING near property. Would strongly recommend!
