Ottima posizione, letto e cuscini comodi.
Aria condizionata sia sotto che sopra molto rumorose e poco efficienti. La cucina non era abbastanza pulita, non c’era neppure un detersivo per le stoviglie. Al piano superiore, poca luce, cattivo odore dal lavabo del bagno, e bisognerebbe ritoccare la pavimentazione. Troppo caldo.
