Hellish. Glad it was only for one night, excessively expense for the service and accommodation.

What breakfast!!! Yeah there was some cornflakes in a Tupperware tub, however, as I am diary and gluten intollerant, that is no use to me.

Everything, it was just a dodgy council house with poor noise insulation and a shared bathroom for all the residents.

Terrible , don't stay there . Doss house.

What was there to like ! Cleaners.

The WORST 3 nights of any hotel or "B&B" we have ever been in . We were bruised all over from the springs in the mattress that were coming through. Breakfast , when ever we have stayed at a b&b , we at least had a cooked breakfast. Here you had cerial and the worst tea and coffee money could by. Bread in the freezer if you got there before it was gone . No butter but margarine. No jam or marmalade. And milk. No tea or coffee facilities in your bedroom. Basics. The TV in the bedroom was kept together with insulating tape. You shared a bathroom with 7-8 other people. The grouting in the shower was black with mould. No sink in the bedrooms. The owner only came in when he had to. When we were there , he came in on our last night because there were that many complaints. Give him his dues he started to bring in new mattress. I only saw him by accident and told him about our room , he offered to get a new mattress for us but it was our last night. He put his hand in his pocket and gave us all he had on him £30 . We would never stay there again.

Needs attention please

Good location

Nowhere in the listing did it mention a shared bathroom or shared kitchen. It was completely left out which is incredibly important to mention! Most things needed attention, like the tap in the kitchen to shower fittings to uneven, creaking beds and flooring. The bed in room 1 was wreaking of beer! It felt like a council house inherited from parents that was let out for business, no effort or work done to it to welcome paying guests. The location is good, some renovations and cleanliness would have made it good.

Very basic accommodation, but would be ok at half the price.

Bed was comfortable and it was quiet. Pleasant lounge area.

Bedroom window was broken. The shower, toilet and wash basin were all in one room which we had to share with the other guests. Poor selection of breakfast cereals and bread. Initially there was no food in the kitchen at all when we came down to breakfast, but then eventually the cleaning lady turned up with some bread and milk.

The place is falling apart. 'included breakfast' are 2 boxes of stale cerial. The shower is moulded. Beds are almost falling apart. Tv didn't work. Internet didn't work. The owner does not reply when you have questions.

The fact there was no bread the first night 24 7 kitchen was advertised and very little to eat ,a poor show

Basic accomodation near central Inverness. Expensive for what it was.

Location was good, quite near to the city centre. Parking nearby was easy to find. Bed was ok.

Breakfast was help yourself to a choice of 3 cereals, and toast, only white bread, only 1 jam, plus tea and coffee. No staff seen, it was let yourself in and out, do your own washing up. One other room was occupied by a very noisy guest who kept us awake half of the night. Expensive for what it was.

Squalid out of town location. Shared with permanent residents & not clear what breakfast/milk etc to use. Minimalist tea/coffee provision. Self serve breakfast poor. No bread for toast. Corn/bran flakes or weetabix only.

Simply a bed for the night.

Very comfy beds. Had a good night's sleep.

Dirty dishes in the sink in the kitchen when we arrived. Still there the next morning when we left. No staff to check up on things like this. I expected a hostel with staff, other guests, but it was simply a house on an estate with a code to get in. The boiler to get hot water was a bit tricky in spite of written instructions. A bed for the night but nothing more.

going home, but barely served our purpose of a stopover.

A very tired ex council house separated into 4 rooms. shower control hanging off wall. kitchen units poor with broken doors, runners, worktops badly chipped or burnt. lounge light inoperative. paintwork and decor needs upgrade

DO NOT STAY HERE! It's quite far from the centre, but also the owner failed to supply a key so I had to book another property late at night! I knocked on the door and the people said the while property where I had booked a room was already taken, even though I had paid! I complained to Booking.com but have not received a refund because the owner lied to them saying I had stayed there, which was untrue

Had to sleep outside the house in my car all night because the combination lock numbers where to small couldn't see them without glasses and even then it was a nightmare. Never again will I have this place

Honestly there nothing to like. Property ridden down

OFirst,Handle of my room was literaly faling off and lock was not working. Called host no reply. 20 min after somehow wiggle it through and got in. Host called me back an hour after saying it "should be ok for now" even tho i asked to fix it as i might leave locked out. Walls of the property are wafle thin and my metal bed was creaking so loud people in next building could hear it. Room extremely small, there was a sort of ofice table that drawers wouldnt open coz it is 2 inches from bed. It is shared acomondation and you can hear who is breathing next door. Ceilings in the bathroom peeling of and mouldy. Breakfast thats included in the price is total joke. There were kids cereals and no milk. Some bread and margarine in the fridge that was used by gods knows who before. No milk. So eat dry cereals or dry bread. Coffe tea and nothing else. Windows dirty and garden view is someones bed sheets drying... I have read previous replies by host in regards to complains about same issues and sorry to say but no i dont get what i pay for because i have stayed in shares properties before for cheaper prices and it was way better that this one.

Sleeping was impossible. This place is not suitable for multiple guests. The noise insulation is non-existent. There're 3 rooms, separated by drywall. We could hear the couple in the next room talk, cough, belch, have sex. With my 15 years old daughter. I'll contact the authorities regarding this hostel. .

The keybox code was sent to the owner only after telephone contact with the owner at 14:50, check-in starts from 14:00 The owner replenishes supplies in the absence of guests, after checking in, without being informed that he will be there. Kitchen 1. Gas lighter not working, no matches or lighter 2. Dirty dishes and cutlery 3. Cabinets sticky fronts, dirt inside cabinets 4. Rubbish from previous customers not taken out 5. Old products, sticky, from previous customers Living / dining room 1. A fire blanket should be in a visible place in the kitchen 2. A sofa, dirt under the pillows 3. Why are the sheets / quilt + towels, kitchen towels on the floor? 4. TV - the remote control does not work, no information on how to use the device 5. 12 at night getting woke up by other guests because the owner mad a mistake with the rooms. Also tried calling the owner several times to try and correct the situation no awnser and no reply shocking service also no hot water for shower
