Very good palace to stay

Very nice place to go. But the flat above need to be a bit more notes of the time. Washing machine spinning and making a loud nose at 9 pm and 10pm Was not good. But has for apartment it has everything you need to have a good time.

The only thing that was a pain was paying £11-45 For parking every night. Has no parking at the apartment

Highly recommend

Great location on the seafront ,loved the balcony. Near resturants and bars but still quiet at night. Beds comfy and great that it has 2 bathrooms one with a shower one with a bath which is a great size. The kitchen has everything you need and also found boxes with a small selection of toys in wardrobe and games and cards in the sideboard unit in frontroom. Supplies towels and hairdryers avaliable, it really is fully equipped. Thank you for the little welcome pack as well.

No parking BUT you can park on the pay & display spaces right out the front and pay by phone. I bought a 7 day parking ticket on the Pay & Go app for £53 which allows you to park in most pay & display spaces on the island. This ended up being really handy as parking was already paid for. You just have to make sure where you park is part of Isle of Wight council. Only 1 key provided it would help if 2 keys were given for convenience.

Beautiful surroundings, comfortable and well looked after property

Excellent property. We enjoyed our stay very much and were grateful of all the additional facilities included to accommodate our little ones (high chair, toilet seat etc). We were made to feel very comfortable with everything we could possibly need and the sea view was a bonus! Thank you for having us!

The only thing that could be better would be to have parking on site. However it wasn’t a problem as we were able to purchase an Isle of Wight permit.

A great place to stay.

Location for the beach. Lovely apartment. Quiet, comfortable. Everything we needed was there. Public transport along the esplanade. It was great

The apartment was lovely. Only downside it was a long was from grocery shops. Ok if you have transport. We were left tea, coffee, small containers of milk and some biscuits which was appreciated. Lots of cafes and restaurants very close, so we didn't have a problem.

Lower Chine apartment, The Esplanade, Shanklin

This was as close to a perfect venue as you can get for a family. Clean, tidy, and overlooking the Sandy beach. Every mod con catered for including, high chair, potty and crib so you can literally leave the house and not worry for anything. Great deck overlooking the sea, lots of pubs and restaurants by the sea and so easy to get anywhere by either car or public transport.

I cannot fault this place at all - it was perfect, all needs taken into consideration.
