The house was beautifully kept, spacious and in a good location.
Very good, efficient service from the IoW company re the let. Great to get the linked discount and organisation of ferry tickets. Helpful contact throughout reservation.

Well equipped. Comfortable chairs and beds.
Location, from the point of view that a flock of seagulls and their offspring camped out on the nearby garages and made a racket from 5.00am till gone evening. Could not open windows during the evening because of the noise.
No curtains in the bedrooms to shut out the early morning light.
The property ask you to clean the BBQ or risk a £50.00 fine but did not provide cleaning equipment.

The property had everything you needed and was very cosy. It was within walking distance to Shanklin.
Parking was awful as we have an X5 which meant we were parked across the front and half on the path.
To gain early access or later check out they wanted extra money. This is the only place I’ve ever stayed who has ever charged for this, even though this was out of season.
