Hazeldene

A lovely peaceful extremely quiet location. Everything we needed and so much more was there. Lovely homely touches. All sorts of 'secret' finds. Quirky books and objects, lots of interest. If you have children (we don't) it would be brilliant - so many games and books and the garden is an adventure waiting to happen. But adults are not ignored....outside seating of various kinds and spaces. All good thank you.

There are steps down to the house - a little difficult if you have mobility challenges - but great handrails so everything done to make it as easy as possible. And a high sided bath/shower. Just a gentle warning.

Hazelden was such a beautiful house and felt like absolute paradise for us during our stay. The kids were so excited about the games room which had all kinds of games, puzzles and chess to keep them happy. The house was spotlessly clean and fully equipped with everything from bedrooms to the kitchen with all cooking essentials provided by Janet the garden had amazing seating spots, and the location was close to the beach. We are so grateful to Jan and Dan for creating such a wonderful place for us. A special thanks to their grandchildren as well, whose creative ideas made the house so fun and magical for kids!

Nothing at all!
