Very nice place and location.

I liked the view from the balcony and it was nice to have several TVs although the main living room TV was mounted 2 feet too high onthe wall and gave us cricks inour necks. Beds were a little uncomfortable, but then we are spoilt at home. Overall the experience was very nice combined with a lovely location.

The heating was uncontrollable and at first didnt work at all! Yes the hot water worked beautifully but the thermostatic timer had issues. I had to do a full reset to it before the CH would work. The downstairs was cold and upstairs was too hot and as the thermostatic controller was upstairs the warmth prevented the rads coming on. We turned off rads upstairs but the rad downstairs in the area outside the bedrooms had no means to turn it off, so we couldn't even shut the bedrooms to isolate the the heat within them. In the end we gave up and just advanced the rads (with a much higher temp setting) on while we were out during the day so our towels and flannels would dry. Then shut it off if it was on whenwe got back. Hopes this helps anyone else who stays there. I think a redesign of the system by a heating expert is required.

We enjoyed the apartment and location

We liked the facility and location. It was near the coast, but also near the local amenities. Shanklin is a fairly nice town, with a choice of restaurants, shops and pubs.

Most things were great. The apartment could have had more glasses, and maybe a place to hang clothes (the upstairs toilet had space for hooks), but other than that, it was all at a good standard.

Great accommodation for a lovely mini break with good friends

Perfect location lovely to be in an apartment with friends rather than a hotel Well equipped kitchen and lovely dining area to sit and chat Great communication with the Host both by email and in the accommodation folder

We were 2 couples . The huge master bedroom only had a bath so we all shared the small bedroom’s shower. This is something to take note of in the accommodation description if 2 showers are important to guests.

Location is perfect, easy walk to old town. Lovely aartment, fab balcony with sea views

Sofa in lounge is v hard and tv high on wall, not comfy viewing - such a shame! Also a mirror upstairs would be useful

Lovely location , nice and clean and didn’t need anything. Kitchen was fully stocked with all requirements

The only thing I could moan about is the settee , not very comfortable, that’s the only complaint

A super well equipped apartment with stylish furnishing and a sea view balcony.

This was an apartment so we catered for ourselves but the kitchen facilities were excellent (apart from a lack of oven gloves!). Loved sitting out on the balcony and the beds were super comfy. Great en suite shower and bath.

Needed more cupboard space in the bedrooms for larger folded items of clothing.
