    We booked the family room. It is spacious. We were provided with 2 separate double ved with the closet/tv as divider. The only downside of the room was the AC. It wasn't able to cool the room as it was placed facing the closet and it was blocking the airflow to the beds. No electric fan available. There's a chinese restaurant beside it which offered acceptable food with an affordable price. It's near lalaport mall. Unfortunately, we weren't able to try the "hawker" place nearby as it was closed on Monday. Overall stay was good. We had confortable sleep. Will definitely book this again if we come back to KL.

    On the first day, we were offered a free upgrade to a family room, which seemed great at first, but turned out to be a disappointment. The air conditioner barely cooled the space, leaving us sweating for hours in a room that hardly felt like a proper family room. On the second day, we moved back to our originally booked room, but the floor felt sticky and had a slight odor. On the positive side, the location is convenient—just a 5-to-10-minute walk to Imbi Station and very close to Berjaya Times Square. The staff were pleasant and polite, though not overly warm or engaging. Management really needs to focus on room maintenance and hygiene: upgrading the aging air conditioners, deep cleaning the floors, and using air fresheners. Ensuring a spotless, well-maintained room is essential for guests to relax and sleep peacefully.
