Staff and cleaners were super friendly, the elevators can be a bit slow at times. Love the convenience of location to different plazas and variety of food options in the surrounding area.

Hotel is showing its age. Hot water was not hot enough, carpet in the room should be replaced as parts of it was popping out. Staff were great though.

Clean room-first day check-in the hotel recently I found plenty of dust at coffee cupboard. It seems that the room didn’t have deep clean up.
Staff - friendly & welcoming
Breakfast - delicious and well maintained but the conditions of the restaurant bit crowded with people.
