    Liked the swift check in and check out, appreciated the room being cleaned daily and emptying of the trash. However, after taking a shower the water makes the toilet area also wet so that was a bit uncomfortable for me. Also I slipped and hurt my elbow in the shower, the hotel may need to get grip mats for the shower cubicle.

    I really like this hotel . The room is cozy, clean , comfortable bed and clean washroom. Some rooms come with windows and some without windows. Air-conditioning and hot water are perfect. The price is reasonable but the services I have recieved was outstanding. I appreciate all the staff who worked there specially Jane,Roland, Nick, Rahman ,Sanggary and Jusim. They went above and beyond specially Roland . They are polite, professional, helpful and supportive. This hotel is highly recommended as not only the hotel exceeded my expectations, but also there are a cafe next door the taste tribe provide excellent coffee and food . Don't miss this hotel if you are in KL bukit Bentang.
