I recently stayed at Furama Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur with my family, and overall I would rate the property 3.75 out of 5. The hotel's location is one of its biggest strengths. It is conveniently located close to shopping malls and Bukit Bintang's shopping district. It's only about a 15-minute drive to Little India, KLCC, and the Petronas Twin Towers, and around a 20-minute walk to Jalan Alor, the famous street known for its lively atmosphere, live performances, and excellent street food. The reception area creates a great first impression, with a comfortable coffee shop and convenient vending machines. The front desk staff during both check-in and check-out were professional, friendly, and efficient. A special thank you goes to Ms. Linda and her fellow duty managers. After we raised concerns about our room and the housekeeping service on the 14th floor, they took our feedback seriously and made every effort to improve our stay. Their professionalism and commitment to guest satisfaction deserve recognition. The breakfast was average overall, and I would rate it 3 out of 5. There was a good selection of food with plenty of variety, but the dining area was often very crowded, noisy, and chaotic during peak hours. The staff at the egg station were also not very welcoming and did not consistently follow guests' requests, which affected the overall breakfast experience.

The biggest drawback of this hotel is the condition of the rooms. They are clearly showing their age and would benefit from a comprehensive refurbishment. In our room, the wallpaper was peeling, the air-conditioning ducts appeared to need cleaning, and there were visible water stains and patches on the ceiling caused by condensation or previous leaks. These issues detracted from what could otherwise have been a much better stay. Overall, Furama Bukit Bintang offers an excellent location, attentive management, and friendly front desk staff. However, the outdated rooms and inconsistent housekeeping prevent it from being a higher-rated property. If the rooms are renovated and maintenance standards improved, I would gladly rate this hotel much higher.
