The staff were lovely, really friendly and helpful.
The location is pretty good if you want to be in that area.
A little bit stinky when you use the water in the bathroom. Room quite dark with a really depressing view of the top of some water tanks/fans outside? Breakfast was not good quality at all. We didn’t have it the second day and went out instead.

Convenient location with the LTR at the doorstep, walking distance to all the malls and dining locations.
The room was spacious, check in did not take much time.

The location is really nice.. good breakfast choice. I am staying here 4th time.. and will be back again.. rooms are quite big.. also easy access to MRT.. good team..
Road side rooms a bit noisy due to main road..
2 elevators were on maintenance., need to wait for long time..

Good location, near to major shopping malls
The room had a very worn appearance, particularly the flooring. The bedding had a lingering scent of body odour from previous customers. Amenities are spartan and barely adequate. Also, the lifts to the guests are a horribly long wait as only two were operational. Overall, not the kind of quality I expected from the Melia brand.
