Amazing staff.....Miss Izzati....the Front Office Team Manager and Mr Jeff from Concierge Team was very Humble and polite..always smiling

That it’s within distance with the malls and in Bukit Bintang
As a guest hair dryers and slippers should be there already i should have not asked.
Towels should not be tattered
