    On arrival, the managing agents had no idea about my booking eventhough I showed the booking confirmation. After a lot frustration ( one of the managing agents also told me to book a new room while waiting for Agoda refund) several phone calls to Agoda agents ( using IDD calls via my h/p), they managed to contact the managing agent. The room allocated to me (43-16) was in a dismal state. The shower door was missing, air conditioners had to be turned on manually, damaged furniture was stored on top of cupboard and below the beds, no 3in1cofffee or tea bags provided, no vlothes hangers, no safe deposit box, power points faulty. All these which one would reasonably expect as standard in a room was missing. I reported the above tp Agoda agents but to date there are no updates on any actions. There was a proposal for a change of rooms but I have since checked out of my room on 5 Sep and there are no updates. In addition the wifi account provided by the managing agent was not functioning. I informed the managing agent and he said he would "check" but nothing happened. The managing agent assigned to me were Iqbal and Muhd Razu. If you happen to be planning a trip to KL, I urge to consider very carefully before booking the service apartments @ Berjaya Times Square. The managing agents of the property and the travel agents have done a great disservice to the Berjaya name. I have a traumatic and frustrating time in KL and no one seems to care enough to make any amends or restitution for the pain I've experienced
