    Saya check in satu malam.. semasa buat tempahan dah req 1 king size bed, berdekatan lif dan juga parking.. sehingga waktu sy check in lewat petang.. tiada maklum balas yg diterima drpd pihak hotel.. semasa process check in maklumkan bahawa hotel mengenakan charge RM20 untuk parking.. melainkan stay di ANSA floor baru free parking.. macam x masuk akal dengan rate sedemikian memandangkan kita stay di hotel.. bkn outsider.. jawapan staff hotel sngt rude.. kami dapat twin single bed dgn alasan bilik katil king sudah habis di jual.. jadi untuk apa sy buat booking awal?? Bilik air kotor.. tuala kotor dengan stain, lantak bilik berhabuk dan aircond tidak rasa.. Harga x masuk akal.. x sesuai dengan keadaan bilik..

    It's not about the room or the staff, but about a series of little things. I don't think you're a welcome guest at a hotel booked through Agoda. Our room overlooked a parking garage and didn't have the desired view of the city. They also charged 20 RM for parking, which I've never experienced before in Kuala Lumpur. The hotel also doesn't offer breakfast, which isn't typical for a hotel. All in all, I won't be booking this hotel again.
