    Clean rooms, polite staff, and a great central location close to public transit. The bed was soft, the check-in process was fast, and the breakfast was delicious. Great value for money—would stay here again.

    All is good overall. The Best part of the deal is free flow of liquor beer wine and champagne from 5pm to 7pm. Note that children are not allowed at this timing in the club lounge

    My first stay at this 5-star hotel was a mixed experience. The lobby features an elegant, contemporary design with a sleek, curved reception counter, warm lighting and lush greenery. However, the open-counter concept lacks a clearly designated queue, which can be confusing and potentially unfair to guests waiting to check in. A single-queue system would make the process more organised and efficient. Unfortunately, check-in was disappointing. Despite arriving at 3 pm, I waited 20 minutes only to be informed that my room still required cleaning. I was asked to return later and promised a notification, which never came. After further waiting and approaching another staff member, I was eventually upgraded to a Premier King room. The upgraded room was spacious, clean and well-maintained, with an exceptionally comfortable bed. However, it lacked practical conveniences such as drawers, a proper desk and chair, and bottled mineral water. The bathroom was surprisingly compact for a 5-star hotel. More concerning was the shower design, which featured only a fixed glass partition without a glass door to fully separate the shower and toilet areas. As a result, water spilled onto the toilet floor during showering, making it slippery and potentially hazardous. I nearly slipped and fell when stepping onto the wet floor, raising genuine safety concerns. A proper shower enclosure or improved water containment would help prevent such incidents. On a positive note, the dedicated drinking-water tap was a thoughtful and practical feature. The Level 6 swimming pool was beautifully designed, featuring stylish cabanas that created a relaxing, resort-like atmosphere. The adjoining gym was another plus. Breakfast was enjoyable, with a decent selection, a spacious dining area and attentive ushers assisting guests to their tables. The hotel’s greatest strength is undoubtedly its excellent location in the heart of Bukit Bintang, within walking distance of Pavilion, Sungei Wang, public transport and numerous restaurants. Overall, I enjoyed the comfortable accommodation, restful sleep, attractive facilities and unbeatable location. However, the inefficient check-in process, lack of practical room amenities and bathroom safety concerns fell short of my expectations for a 5-star hotel. With better attention to these details, the overall experience could be significantly improved.

    Paid for an Urban Deluxe Twin of 25m2, was given a small room (room ***) on the 1st floor at the back of the building with a small window and of approximately 18m2 size. The counter staff who checked me in was not friendly, as if I got the room for free. Will never stay in this hotel again.
