The room size was fantastic, we loved getting our room serviced at anytime, the staff were amazing and helpful and thoughtful, nothing was too much trouble, we loved the gym, sauna and steam room amenities, the location is fantastic
The rooms are tired but still spotless, clean and extremely comfortable.

We came to K L from Singapore and after spending few days in marvellous millennia ritz Carlton in Singapore it’s a starkly different hotel and absolutely old and terribly tired in all the way it can be said. What a different what a disappointment I wish I never have booked it
Absolutely horrible coffe offering in the breakfast terrible food selection on the buffet it’s a really bad experience and terrible damage for the. Brand of the ritz Carlton
