Carvetii - Borthwick House - Ground floor flat

Flat was tidy and clean. Most of everyday essentials were provided. Like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, washing up liquid, dishwashing detergent, salt paper and cooking oil. Love it.

Love it. Always want to stay there again and again. Neighbours were friendly.,

Spacious, comfy clean beds, service and contact top level :)

Kitchen needs some love ;)

The Property is best for the family as it is spacious and neat and clean as well the location is also very exceptional like it is near to the sea side.

There is nothing that i disliked.

We liked the space and the overall look and facilities in the property. It was in close proximity to shops and seafront. Decor inside was nice and we liked it was on the ground floor.

Entrance to the property was filthy with main enrry door having smashed glass . Door had to be really slammed every time to close it. Heating was cotrolled by owner, so we had to ask for it to be switched on and controlled by ourselves to which we were able to then boost - but not without being told it jad been set to 18 which was fine for most people- after already saying we had medical conditions. Although we did receive a reimbursement of our early check in fee (for 3pm) - this was planned so we could go in early after a very long drive and have time to wind down. This was unable to happen because no cleaners had been in and had not been notified we had been arriving early. They did turn up at 5.30 and did an excellent job in a very short time. But the property had been left in a dreadful state with food on the floor, rubbish in the bed, dirty dishes and we were just had to buy our own cleaning products to make a start. To top it off the residents upstairs made so much noise- kids stamping and screaming from early morning and in the evening . Not the relaxing break we had hoped for.
