A fantastic location, a short walk to old town, a short walk to Bellacour Plaza. Lots of shopping and restaurants to be found. Elevator provides easy access to the fifth floor apartment. That there is a clothing washer is a good thing. There is no dryer, but the provided drying rack gets the job done.
There’s no air-conditioning so keep that in mind for the summer months. There is a provided fan, but it’s big and clunky and doesn’t stay adjusted to where you point it. The hot water runs out very quickly, which is why there’s a sign asking you to turn off the water while you’re soaping. Despite that, it didn’t last through two showers.
