About this apartment rental

Pleasant apartment located inside an ancient country house. It is located 6 km from Pistoia and 35 km from Florence and Lucca. Ideal for relaxing in the swimming pool surrounded by olive trees, but also for visiting the Tuscan cities of art: Florence, Lucca, Pisa, San Gimignano, Siena.
It consists of a living room with kitchenette, a bathroom and a double bedroom. Outside, under a veranda, there is a table with chairs.

The entire property is beautiful. It's beautifully situated with a fantastic view of the Tuscan countryside. The apartment itself is tastefully furnished in Tuscan style and very clean! The dishes and cutlery were also impeccable, so you could start cooking right away without having to wash the kitchen or pots. The pool is fantastic. It's also very clean, well-maintained, and stylishly designed. The hosts are very accommodating and friendly, and any questions or problems (forgotten keys in the apartment) are dealt with quickly, courteously, and in a friendly manner. The location is a bit remote from the main town, but that's not a disadvantage (peace and nature); only nervous drivers might get a few beads of sweat on the narrow road when encountering oncoming traffic. But in our opinion, the stay there is definitely worth it. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We did not enjoy our stay here. It’s located in the middle of nowhere - on a very narrow windy road that’s not big enough for two way traffic and lots of blind corners. Unless you eat in, you have to drive the road. The other negative is that there is no mention of steps. To get from the bedroom to bathroom there are 5 stairs, then you walk thru the kitchen. At night it’s not easy. The pool area is nice, but full of bees that bite and mosquitoes. The kitchen area is very minimal. I sent messages to the host while there and received no replies. The bed is very hard. English is not spoken. It was very hot, and they said it would be an extra 10 euro a day, even though it’s not mention in the description. We left 3 nights early with no refund.

Communication prior to our stay and during our stay was excellent (&possible in English, German and French as well as Italian). Agatha and her husband are very friendly and the check-in was done without delay on the time of our arrival which we communicated before via WhatsApp. The Appartment was

We couldn't have a better stay in Tuscany! The property is beautiful, has everything you need and is clean. The surrounding is perfect and the pool & view amazing. Would definitely recommend to stay here!!!

Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay - beautiful views, great location outside the town of Pistoia. The surroundings are magnificent and the pool was perfect. Highly recommend.
