Welcome to the Casa al Sargente. Our commitment is to make you feel at home.
The Loggia is a sqm apartment. 53 comprises entrance hall, living room with kitchenette (equipped with hob, oven, fridge and dishwasher), one double bedroom, one with single bed and a bathroom with shower. Outside, under a veranda, it has a table with chairs.
The apartment has, in common with the other guests, a swimming pool of m. 10 x 5, parking, a room with washing machine and iron, barbecue.
The Loggia is built in an old villa of the '600, recently restored, set in a panoramic hilly position (200 m / s). Distance: 5 Km from Pistoia (where you will find supermarkets, shops of all kinds, restaurants, pharmacy and railway station); 35 km from Florence (Vespucci airport), 45 Km from Lucca and 70 Km from Pisa (Galilei airport).
It is the ideal place for a relaxing holiday: enjoying the swimming pool immersed in the green of our unmistakable Tuscan countryside, walks in the surroundings, or going to the thermal baths (Grotta Giusti or Montecatini Terme). It is also the ideal place for a cultural holiday: less than an hour's drive you can reach the main art cities of Tuscany: Pistoia, Florence, Lucca, Pisa, Siena, Arezzo. For lovers of good food, remember the excellent restaurants in the area and the cellars where you can enjoy and buy Tuscan wines: Chianti, Brunello, Morellino, Montecarlo. For the youngest, let's remember that we are close to Collodi (the village of Pinocchio) and to the zoo in Pistoia. For all: in one hour we can reach the beaches of Versilia.
