Bruno was an amazing host. He provided very clear instructions on how to find the apartment and helped with our luggage. We appreciated the time he spent with us upon our arrival. He explained all the different neighborhoods and the layout of Venice. He was very helpful with all our questions. The apartment location was absolutely perfect. Not very far from the Cà REZZONICO stop on the Grand Canal. Very close to a grocery store, the large square and good restaurants. The apartment was very clean, and the washing machine, dishwasher and microwave all came in very handy. I would have no hesitation in staying here again.

Tout était parfait. La gentillesse a l’accueil, l’emplacement dans le quartier Dorsoduro, proche de tout et typique, l’appartement très propre et avec tout le nécessaire. Le propriétaire, Bruno, d’une gentillesse rare et aux petits soins.

Bruno was an amazing host. Kind, thoughtful, helpful. We appreciated the time he spent with us upon our arrival. He explained how Venice is laid out, how the water taxis work, to watch for canal crossings vs dead ends, and much more! The apartment location was absolutely perfect. Close to a grocery store, good restaurants and the train station was a ten minute walk away. The apartment was very clean, lots of amenities and the bed was very comfortable. I would highly recommend staying here.
