Lived the quirkiness and all the art. Very spacious apartment. Excellent location. Fully equipped kitchen. Great owner who was very attentive. Lovely and quiet for sleeping.
Wifi wasnt great and bed a bit small for me because I'm tall and also creaky. Everything else perfect.

L'appartement était magnifique, géant, lits très comforts , emplacement de rêve.
Tout à part l'hôte qui répondait des heures voir jours après et qui n'était pas acommodable par rapport à nos valises il ne voulait pas qu'on les amènent ni laissent à notre arrivée ni à notre départ

Experience Venice like a local. Tucked away in the heart of the city, this captivating, historic apartment feels like living inside a boutique museum. It is the perfect choice for travelers seeking a rare, authentic glimpse into traditional Venetian life. GEORGE, the host was very pleasant and always on top to answer questions.
There were too many old art and my teens got scared. They watch too many scary movies anyway. It would be nice if there was a floor towel mat for outside the shower, a set of shampoo and conditioner.

The location is great and the host was friendly
The property needs some love and updates. Not really the level of a luxury apartment as listed. The matrasses of both beds are thin and the spirals beneath it pretty worn out. Not all lights are working in the apartment ( or blinds to let some light in). The owner spent a lot of time and energy in the decoration but some is coming off. Especially in the bathroom. The owner was informed and says things will get fixed in the future.
