Appartamento San Frediano is a 2 bedroom Florence vacation rental in an incredible location in the city. All the main sights and attractions of Florence are within an easy walk including the Santa Croce church, Palazzo Vecchio, Uffizi Gallery, Il Duomo and the Ponte Vecchio. The property has a fantastic terrace with wonderful views of the River Arno and Il Duomo...what better place to eat your breakfast every morning!
The Space:
This Florence vacation rental is fully air conditioned and comprises of an open plan kitchen and living and dining area, two bathrooms and two bedrooms. The kitchen is small but adequately equipped with a small gas stove, microwave, fridge and washing machine. There is also a small table with seating for two. The living area looks out over the River Arno and has comfortable seating for four. The sofa converts into a sofa bed if required. Spiral stairs lead from the lounge to a mezzanine level with 2 single beds, wardrobe and bedside tables. Due to the staircase, this area isn't suitable for small children. At the rear of the property, overlooking a quiet side street, is a lovely double bedroom with four poster bed (160 x 190 cm). The property has two small bathrooms both with shower.
There is not a lift to the apartment. There are 59 steps from street level to the apartment front door.

Guests have exclusive use of the apartment during their stay.

The property is wonderful, the location was great, the balcony was spectacular. The information on the place was accurate, but nothing extra which was not a problem.
The only issue was that we had to wait 50 minutes outside the property until the manager showed up to check us in.

We had a lovely stay in this beautiful apartment. Amazing location and very comfortable.
The only issue was with the housekeeper when I asked if it might be possible to have an extra hour for our check out, she was very rude, inflexible and abrupt. Other than that it was a wonderful place to stay.

My life long best friend and I spent 4 nights on this beautiful Tuscan style apartment. I booked it for location and view and was overjoyed with both. It’s is a short walk 15 minutes from train station. But we took a taxi because of luggage. It was 22 euros and worth it for the recommendations from our driver on local places to enjoy. Apartment is very spacious except bathrooms. But did not matter. Beds were very comfortable. Area is very quiet at night. Highly recommended
