Everything about this apartment was first class from our host Giovanni to the quality of the facilities, the finish of the apartment, and the position of it within the city. I would certainly recommend the accommodation to my friends and family

We could not fault anything

The location was excellent—safe and easily accessible. It was a 12-minute walk to the main train station and about 13 minutes to the city center. I really enjoyed the openness and natural lighting of the building.

The only issue we experienced was very slow Wi-Fi. The first day was fine, but after that, the connection became extremely slow. When we contacted the manager, he mentioned that nearby construction might be causing interference. The last 3 days we had to use our data instead of Wi-Fi.

We had very poor communication from the owner of the property, who promised to provide us with a telephone contact while he was out of town. We had to wait almost an hour to get into the property at night and we got in only because someone else helped us. There was a washing machine but no dryer for the clothes. The upstairs toilet didn't flush without a great deal of effort. The A/C units were cumbersome, and we could not operate all of them at once if we had wanted to. The residence also appeared to be in a state of some disrepair with some cabinets falling apart, the coffeemaker did not work and I was unable to open the drawers for my clothes. Otherwise, okay.
