The hotel is nice but they don't know how to manage the business.
The room was really beautiful, spacious and with fantastic views.
We left without knowing where the restaurant was. At night we wanted to turn off the lights in the room to sleep and we were looking for more than an hour where the switch was and it was impossible to find it, it was surreal. We went to reception and there was no one there. We phoned more than 20 times and no one answered. The whole thing was ridiculous. We were alone, no one else, no one else at the front desk, no one else at security...No one. Finally we opted to look for the electricity meter and turned off the switches so we could sleep. It was an absolute disaster. Going to sleep like that with that stress is not worth it.

    Good
if you’re looking for an interesting location, then it’s the place! Villas are private, located in a little jungle.
Because it’s in nature, don’t be surprised to see ants/little spiders inside the villa. When I arrived, there were some dead ants in the bathroom which could have been cleaned before arrival.

In total, this place is very nice, comfortable, tropical, well taken care of with friendly staff.
Pet Friendly accommodation with lots of space. The Bungalow was very nice and just like on the pictures. The bed is vey comfortable. I love the jungle vibe. The area is quiet and you hear the nature which is relaxing and gives you a holiday feeling. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The facility has 3 different room types in total and all are amazing. The tea and the coffee which was provided in the room was really tasty and not the regular one I know from even more expensive places I stayed. The Umah Lawa Villas is better than the current rating. I stayed only for 2 nights and it was perfect. Thank you for the great hospitality.
I can’t complain. It was clean, water was warm, all worked and I was happy to find such a beautiful accommodation. I have stayed in many different hotels and villas etc. around Bali, and this one is a great pick especially when you want to have the rice field experience and prefer a more quiet area. Easy to access with a car and to park.

overall it was a comfortable stay in a hidden location, it truly has so much potentials.
it’s location is great, with stairs access to wyah.ubud for food and drinks. the property only has 3 villas so it’s private as well. bed was cosy and the staff were very helpful.
we were not able to lock our door properly- it was broken but they fixed it after being informed the next day. there is no wadrobe or rack and hangers to hang clothes. their light switches are also pretty hidden behind furnitures and curtains so we slept with some spot light on the first night. we have requested for an iron and ironboard with hangers before we arrived and they said ok- however when we arrived we had to remind them again. they were helpful but could have been a bit more attentive. the shower is not separated with the toilet so expect wet floors.

Nice stay in the middle of nature!
Very spacious room well equipped and clean in the middle of nature. We stay only one night but we had a good time. The view is amazing!
It's good to know that is a bit far from ubud (10-15min by car) but you're in the middle of jungle and rice paddies. Also there are some windows you cannot close, so mosquitoes can get in and you can eat car passing by in the street below.

    Very good
We loved the service we received during our stay within the Villa. We booked last minute and Tadek was extremely nice and willing to do anything to make us feel welcome and at ease: THE BEST.

It’s a concept villa. Beautiful landscape.
It’s middle of nowhere. Quite far from the central Ubud. At least 20 min by car and it’s in a remote areas. No nearby shop or working kitchen on site which means you can’t get basic stuff if required. Its not suitable if you are staying with kids or elderly. Also, the villa requires maintenance. Aluminum mesh doors were broken which means lizards and other reptiles were in the bedroom. We had lizards in the room for the first night and had to sleep in an alternate room. Second night too lizard was on the bed. In nutshell, these are concept villas in a remote location with almost no facilities on site.
