Disgusting, dirty, mouldy, unkept

Not having to stay there !!!!

I didn’t like anything about the property, it was dirty, mouldy, unkept, fieces on the toilet, and the owner was rude and unhelpful. Basically accused us of the state of the caravan when we had only just arrived had been there 15 minutes when we immediately got in touch with them.

All as promised

We were there playing golf with work for a few days. Didn’t want to be in town and being here allowed us to come back each day tired but able to just relax rather than be in separate hotel rooms

It was all good. The only suggestion I would make if staying longer would be WiFi. It may well of had it I didn’t look as we just ate and slept but for a longer stay.

Really clean and comfortable. located perfectly close to the bar/kids club/pool, there was plenty of little parks, a short walk to the beach a stones throw away from the farm everything we needed was a perfect little stay

stressful at times but enjoyed crimdon dene

it was lovely and spacious and was a very nice caravan

the oven wouldn’t work properly and when we raised this concern the landlord wasn’t very nice also did not know this was owned by a private landlord which it did not state at the time of my booking owners need to be more clear about what is included with the holiday ie passes for activities so beautiful caravan just a pity the owners are very ignorant people and not very friendly we had wasted 100 pound on food we could not cook but this didn’t seem to bother the owners they just did not care about there visitors

Had a great time would definitely return.

The caravan had extras such as board games and Netflix for the kids which was great. The beach was right on our doorstep and the animal park is close to the park - both great fun. There was amusements, entertainment, a few different parks and swimming which we also fun. Would defo recommend this site.

We didn’t go far as we were only there for 4 nights so if you are looking for things to do out with other than the animal park you may have to travel a bit further.

Grandkids on vacation

The location of the property was fantastic and central to everything / shop / reception / entertainment bar and arcades. Netflix was available which was brilliant The caravan was full of your everyday needs / pots / pans knives / forks and more Beds already made and caravan aired. The heating was second to none, oven and hob worked perfectly. 👍🏻

It was a little dusty in places but never put us off. It was pointed out a few times by the kids. It only had a push along self clean hoover which made things worse, when trying to clean. I used the dust pan and brush which took a little time. But tbh apart from this the caravan was brilliant and located fantastically.

Owners are lovely and helpful caravan is beautiful and lovely and clean everything was perfect 👌 will definitely book again second time staying in the caravan highly recommend a stay here

Great stay

The caravan was in a great location to go to various activities for the children such as Tweddle Farm which was excellent. The staff at the swimming pool were really helpful. There were sessions you could pay for where there was equipment and there were also free sessions available to book.

The caravan we hired was a little gem home from home cosy well equipped clean really enjoyed been able to come and go as u liked and cooking was a pleasure also had sea to look on out of windows was a pleasure and car had it's own carpark.
