• Booking Requirements: Guests must be at least 25 years old. We do not rent to locals.
• A copy of your driver's license and a signed rental agreement are required to complete your booking.

• No smoking in the unit — a $500 deep cleaning fee will apply if smoking is detected
• No house parties or groups under age 25
• Motorcycles allowed. No trailers or golf carts permitted
