Myrtle Beach Villas II is the only property in central Myrtle Beach catering to larger groups (more than 4 bedrooms) at anywhere close to this price point when considering a per person vacation rate. Despite the great value we strive to create an exceptional experience for our guests by including contents and service that most, if not all, the other villas cannot match. It was a great stay for our large group. It was clean and the property manager was very responsive and helpful. The couches have seen better days but were just fine for us. I would absolutely stay here again!

Host took in a family of fourteen including 6 kids on short notice when other plans fell through. Fit us all comfortably. Elevator takes you directly from handicapped parking space to front door, which was helpful for our older family members. Only had 1 issue regarding pool being closed for a day, but was out of owners control. Highly recommend for a large group!

Our family vacation was enjoyable. We stayed over Easter/Spring Break 2026. Six adults, three kids and a baby had plenty of space. Six bedrooms and five baths gave everyone their own space. We enjoyed the balconies, the "game room". It had two refrigerators, more than enough dinnerware, glassware, eating utensils and cookware. We bought a dustpan and spatula for the grill. Any issues we found were immediately addressed. We were allotted enough parking spots although compact, but we were able to maneuver our vehicles to fit. Felt safe having security codes for room and pool access vs key cards (that could be lost). Elevator was convenient. The kids enjoyed the waterworks and the lazy river pool with inflatables. it is walking distance to beach. the stairs to the upper bedrooms was a bit much for my husband and myself so we took one of the lower rooms which worked out great. We did use washer and dryer. As forewarned the drier does take a few cycles. We would stay here again. would have you consider an11a.m. check out and 5pm check-in time as 10a.m. felt a bit rushed. Consider designating the lower bathroom to put all the linens at the end of our stay instead of bringing them up to the laundry room. Driving distance to local Walmart locations was really convenient as well. Thank you.

For the most part our stay was great. The only problems we had was no code for the pool and it took almost 2 days to get that. One of the toilets didnt flush and again, took almost 2 days to get it fixed but we had 3 other bathrooms, so not really a big issue.
