Myrtle Beach Villas II is the only property in central Myrtle Beach catering to larger groups (more than 4 bedrooms) at anywhere close to this price point when considering a per person vacation rate. Despite the great value we strive to create an exceptional experience for our guests by including contents and service that most, if not all, the other villas in the facility cannot match. For example, a game room, custom granite banquet table, blackout curtains, patio swings and hammocks, and, very importantly a dedicated cleaning crew for this villa. Most other villas (except ours) share a crew so the quality simply isn’t there.
We do get asked what the surrounding area is like, so we have included some pictures. As you can see there is plenty to do all within walking distance and the beach is easy to get to via cross walks and the public access road and is about 90 yards from the villa.
There are shops and restaurants all around, more than shown in the pictures, and the airport is around 2.8 miles away so it is perfectly feasible to not bring a vehicle(s). However, if you are driving there are four parking spaces available.

Not happy with number of parking passes. Day if check in said6 after I emailed to geg another i was told only 4..yes it said 4, but email Oireceived at check in said 6. Wound up paying 50to Myrtle beach parking for a pass to park kn the street. There was plenty of parking on proprty since high tourist season was over. Other then that, plenty of room to spread out, and it was close to everything. Would stay again.

For some reason they send the information to our daughter e-mail, instead of [email protected] We did have problems with some of the Television,upset because they didn’t work , call a couple of times they finally came .Water all over floor downstairs bathroom and on hall.The man came snd empty water out of lock came back the next day with a shop and cleaned up all the water. we we all had a good we all had a good time. The only thing I would suggest is that you may want to get a large skillet for the kitchen to have someway to cook in everything else in the kitchen was very nice. The rooms was very clean and like I said we have a good. We did have a good time and thanks for letting us stay at your vacation home thank you

The condo was as described and had plenty of room for our group of 16. The beach was nice and only a short walk across the street. The lazy river was better than we expected and provided hours of fun for the kids. The neighborhood around the condo was questionable. We did not feel comfortable walking outside at night and there was a smell of marijuana frequently. One night we were unable to park two of our cars in the parking lot even though the owner provided parking passes. Some more silverware is needed in the unit if a large group will be there, especially forks.
