Myrtle Beach Villas II is the only property in central Myrtle Beach catering to larger groups (more than 4 bedrooms) at anywhere close to this price point when considering a per person vacation rate. Despite the great value we strive to create an exceptional experience for our guests by including contents and service that most, if not all, the other villas cannot match. For example, a game room, custom granite or glass banquet table, blackout curtains, patio swings and hammocks, and, very importantly an extra level of checking after the cleaners have prepared the villa.

Golf trip with 8 people and plenty of room! Love the bedroom setups with most having their own rooms. Two large refrigerators in the unit for plenty of food and drink space. Large table in living room for lots of people to play poker or whatever. We didn’t use the pool, but the balcony overlooked the pool and hot tub and they looked nice. No issue with the car parking. Highly recommend for golf trips! I just wish you could see the ocean and sunrise from the balcony. Years past, we have stayed in the high rises right on the ocean and miss the sunrises and sound of the waves.

We definitely enjoyed our stay! The kids had a blast in the pool, lots of space inside the house. One of the things we had issues with were some of the kitchen items. They have definitely been well used and some of them will probably need to be replaced or updated soon! There were no cookie sheets or baking pans. Not a big deal but we planned on cooking breakfast with the oven but there wasn’t much to use. The pans were not flat so cooking food evenly tended to be a struggle. Made some great memories. The walk to the beach was convenient and the kids all had a blast!

This was okay for our large group. But the property was very loud most days past 3am in the morning, which was not good for our group which had many small children. Listing and contract did not mention not being able to park a golf cart on property. There is no free street parking.
