Best six bedroom villa location in the building (closest to the beach)!
Myrtle Beach Villas II is the only property in central Myrtle Beach catering to larger groups (more than 4 bedrooms) at anywhere close to this price point when considering a per person vacation rate. Despite the great value we strive to create an exceptional experience for our guests by including contents and service that most, if not all, the other villas cannot match. For example, a game room, custom granite or glass banquet table, blackout curtains, patio swings and hammocks, and, very importantly an extra level of checking after the cleaners have prepared the villa.

We loved the condo itself and being on the strip close to everything. The biggest issue we had was the family upstairs with 7 to 8 children and early 6 to 7 am they were so loud that not juat the upstairs was hearing them but the first floor was hearing them. Between the sound of what seemed to be them moving furniture morning and night the only time we didnt hear them was when they would all be at the pool and a couple of those days they took over the pool with extremely loud music along with bottles of beer left all over and 2 of the children both under 3 were in the pool alone with arm floats and the adults were in the hot tub with their backs turned and one of our guest had to get in the water to get one of them out as she was going under. We really did enjoy the stay and the accommodations. Just a FYI we had a Hawaiian punch drip in the bottoom of the refrigerator closest to the table. We took the drawers out and cleaned but we took the piece that holds the bottom drawers out to make sure there was no spill in that and once we removed it there was mold and a black substance stuck as in it had been there a long time so we ended up cleaning the entire refrigerator since we had it apart so in saying that maybe just a reminder to your cleaners that they may wanna clean that bottom part every so often. Again the condo along with all the activities/games were wonderful ane will definitely rent again as all 14 of us had a wonderful experience so THANK YOU

Floor were dirty, comforters need washed, and bathroom on the first floor with king and queen bed was filthy and the shower was beyond dirty. Upstairs neighbors were running throughout the hallways and slamming the sliding doors until the early morning hours. Made it very difficult to fall asleep. Space and furniture was adequate and kitchenware was helpful. Plenty of towels but not enough trash bags. Lazy river was nice and had a nice time. Overall, We would recommend this villa forA vacation stay.

First thing, the maintenance guy was amazing!! There was a few things that needed attention when we checked in and he was on it immediately! The villa we stayed in was plenty of room for our large family. All the appliances worked fairly well. This isn't a complaint just a heads up for next guests. The fridge doesn't get as cold as your used to and the stove is a slow cooker. The villa has a coffee pot and a keruig. There are also blenders. The listing said 2 towels per bathroom but there was more. We has plenty. The lazy river and splash area was a big hit with the kids! The location was perfect! There isn't golf cart parking if you are planning an overnight rental. The wifi definitely could use improvement! That was our biggest complaint. But the bright side it kept the kids out of a screen! Overall it was an awesome stay and we will definitely book there again!
