Myrtle Beach Villas II is a luxury vacation rental perfectly suited for large groups including families and golfers. Located on S Ocean Blvd within steps of ocean front it is just two blocks from Family Kingdom Amusement and Water Park and a short walk to many fine restaurants, miniature golf, shopping and other enjoyable activities. Centrally located, this beautiful 3,100 sf condo is fully equipped for your enjoyment including:

• 6 Bedrooms (4 Kings, 2 Queens, 2 Fulls) and 2 Sleeper Sofas - ALL BEDROOMS HAVE FLAT SCREEN TV'S

• 5 Baths (2 Whirlpool Tubs)

The Myrtle Beach Villas II complex has a lazy river/pool* where you can effortlessly float for hours, unwind in one of two hot tubs, or watch your children plan in the nearby kiddie water playground while lounging poolside and soaking in the sun. Pool area is also fully visible from both of the condominium balconies.

The interior parking area has easy access to steps and elevator. June 1 to Sept 1 are weekly rentals only and require a Saturday to Saturday stay. Rates are subject to change. Holiday rates may be higher. No daily housekeeping. Ask about terms for under 25.

Didn't see any host. Everything was absolutely great with the room. Hope everything was as good when we left. We've been staying there at the same place different rooms for the past 10 - 15 years end looking to return next year around the same time.

This property was very spacious for my adult cousins. We enjoyed ourselves and plan to return for our annual cousins retreat.

The condo had plenty of space. Appreciated the large dining table for us to seat and eat or play games. Also, enjoyed the game room. The weather did not allow us to use beach or pool but still had a good time. Only improvement could be some smaller pots or serving bowls.

The condo needed a deep cleaning. The floors were really dirty; walking barefoot, your feet were black. The condo needed a refresh. Walls are chipped and spotted, and furniture is worn and old.
