Centrally located, this beautiful 3,100 sf condo is fully equipped for your enjoyment including:

The Myrtle Beach Villas II complex has a lazy river/pool*  where you can effortlessly float for hours, unwind in one of two hot tubs, or watch your children plan in the nearby kiddie water playground while lounging poolside and soaking in the sun.  Pool area is also fully visible from both of the condominium balconies. 



The interior parking area has easy access to steps and elevator. June 1 to Sept 1 are weekly rentals only and require a Saturday to Saturday stay. Rates are subject to change. Holiday rates may be higher. No daily housekeeping. Ask about terms for under 25.

It was very clean the only thing that gave us trouble was we didn't receive the message to get into the condo until i called around after 4 p.m.

The condo needed a deep cleaning. The floors were really dirty; walking barefoot, your feet were black. The condo needed a refresh. Walls are chipped and spotted, and furniture is worn and old.
