Shower only worked delivering boiling hot water. The bedroom radiators were locked off.

Lack of control of heat - particularly on arrival - very cold and smelt damp. Dangerously hot shower which couldn’t be controlled. Soft beds. Wi-Fi security described as weak! Competitive car parking at end of day.

Fine, very basic went without shower couple of days
Chopped plates, pots dirty, shower fixed at a temperature. We couldn't access cold. Burned ourselves twice. Understand cold of hot water but cold, did not make sense
Sofa uncomfortable, room.too dem. Had to sit in kitchen to read. Not enough sofa space for 4 people.
