Charming old world feel with lovely Aga making kitchen warm and cosy. Pretty garden to sit out in with animals looking over fence.

The setting, the view. Large rooms, comfy bed, everything worked. heating was good

The shower

homely, location, small touches like the heated bed blankets.

nothing to dislike

The beds were comfy. The walks were good. The lady that owned it was lovely. The sofas were quite comfy.

Spiders. Spiders even baby spiders Dish washer didn't work. No drainer to put washed dishes on , so put on a tea towel, so work tops round sink are all lifting with the damp. Didn't try the washing machine. Garden was far too over grown You had to breath in to go through the back door as the bushes on either side were so overgrown, if it had rained you got soaked when you walked in. The whole place needed a good clean and decorating. The cooker was very old, and quite rusty, the bottom of the oven was well burnt and smelt when you tried to cook anything in it. Car parking is on a steep slope which can't be helped, but not quite wide enough to get 2 cars side by side , and allow passengers and dogs out. We parked both cars at angles, but a bit of manoeuvring to drive out, the road up is a dead end, so we had to turn as best we could.
