JADORE is located in the heart of La Spezia, just a few minutes away from "Cinque Terre National Park".
Ideally located: 10 minutes walking from the train station / 15 minutes walking from ferries to Cinque Terre, Portovenere, Palmaria Island and the other localities of the "Golfo dei Poeti" and also 3 min. away from the bus stop to Portovenere and Lerici.
JADORE is 90 sqm and is located on the 6th floor of an historical building with elevator.
The apartment is very modern, comfortable and bright thanks to its 2 terraces.
It has been recently renovated with modern and elegant interiors to offer you a wonderful and unforgettable stay.
The apartment consists of by a large living room with a comfortable sofa bed for 2 people, kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms (one is an en-suite).
From the living room you can access to the main terrace with a nice view on Via Roma and a second terrace is accessible from one of the two bedrooms.
The Kitchen is equipped with all comforts including dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, hob, and microwave.
The sleeping area consists of 2 bedrooms. One bedroom has a king-size bed while the other has a twin bed with an ensuite bathroom.
The apartment offers three A / C, free Wi-Fi and safe-deposit box in each bedroom.
A washing machine is arranged in the closet next to the kitchen. A rack, iron and ironing board are provided.
The apartment is rented with a complete supply of sheets amenities and towels, assortments of coffee and tea.
