The staff are very warm and accommodating. The location is very peaceful as well.
Some parts of the area are not properly maintained anymore. A little window cleaning and slight repainting of the floors will really give the place a huge face lift.

Excellent swimming pool area with kiddy pool, staff very helpful. Underground parking is good. Bedrooms are large & clean. Location is quiet & clean. View of Taal is brilliant. Small play room available for toddlers.
Room service stops at 8:30pm. Cannot even order alcohol after that time. Shower door in room leaking badly onto floor in bathroom. Breakfast buffet is average at best for the price. Could not order breakfast from a set menu, buffet only. Where as the location is nice & quiet, there is nothing to do in the area after 8:30-9pm as everything closes.
