    The place is nice, but the mobile signal is almost nonexistent and the Wi-Fi is weak, so it’s not ideal for people who work remotely. I also hope they can provide a shuttle service because getting around the property can be exhausting, especially if your room is far away. The paths have a lot of uphill and downhill slopes, which can be challenging. I wouldn’t recommend it for families with toddlers or elderly guests, especially if you’re bringing a stroller, as you may need to carry it along the way.

    the front desk woman wearing glasses does not attend to all of my requests. even moving the 2 single beds into 1 she said its not allowed good thing the older front desk girl said that they can move it, when i ask for ice she said the canteen does not have ice and the cutlery also they did not allow us to borrow any of it. you need to buy plastic disposables, and the last thing when checking out i called the front desk and i know it’s that woman again with the glasses with high pitch voice, i asked if my partner can just do the check out instead of me because the front desk is too far and i need to attend to my 1yr old baby cause she needs to be breastfed that same woman said, i need to go at the front desk directly because i'm the one who signed. like can’t they do something about that? its not like were gonna run. instead of helping she’s not doing anything to work i don’t know maybe she does not like her job. but on the good part kuya the older guy there who cleans the room is very accommodating and helpful he is the one who moved the 2 single bed and helped us carry the bags going to the room and also going back to the parking lot and also the other older lady in the front desk who said that they can move the 2 single bed. the one who is always there the lady with glasses and high pitch voice does not help.

    The property is a Mediterranean masterpiece within the Tagaytay greens (Taal Lake seen from high up and afar). Plenty of parking going down (but going up is not for the faint of heart). Staff were accommodating (so lets be nice). Its an adventure (I suggest to bring your walking shoes and burn those calories), but filled with calm and nature sound (don't mess it with tech and gadgets).

    Budget friendly staycation. Expect what you pay for. It is a bit far to Tagaytay Center.
