    All rooms has a bath tubs regardsless of the room class, good service , good facilities , good location , big rooms, breakfast is not a buffet but its plated thats the only thing you have choices from english and filipino breakfast, Thats all ,

    Stayed at hotel Carlito for 3 nights and overall was very pleased, room was clean and spacious and we were very comfortable. Location was good, right on a main highway and trikes were always accessible and there are restaurants, places to shop within walking distance as well, best part for me though was the wonderful staff, every single one of them, I would stay here again and would not hesitate to recommend it to others.

    The location was convenient since our main objective was to spend time in Tagaytay Highlands. The parking was very helpful since parking was a problem in other establishments during the long weekend. The facilities and interiors evoked the European theme that the hotel wanted to convey. While the cleanliness could have been better, the cleaning lady's positive attitude made a great impression throughout the visit.

    We stayed for two nights but were never able to connect to the Wi-Fi. This was very inconvenient. Because of this experience, I would not recommend this hotel and I would not stay here again.
