    The room had a cockroach, which was disappointing. Basic toiletries were provided, which was a nice touch. However, the air conditioner was very noisy at night—we woke up around 2:00 AM because of it. Parking was also difficult since it is shared with nearby restaurants and is available on a first-come, first-served basis. On the positive side, I appreciate the hotel's eco-friendly concept and really like what they're trying to achieve. With a few improvements, the overall guest experience could be much better.

    We had a wonderful stay! The only area for improvement would be the shower heater, as warmer water would make the experience even better in Tagaytay’s cold weather.

    Overall, the stay was comfortable and relaxing. The bed was comfortable, the room was quiet, and the air conditioning kept the space cool. The room also included useful amenities such as a TV, Wi-Fi, working station, heater, and access to a water dispenser conveniently located in the hallway. The room design was well done and created a pleasant atmosphere. The hotel also has a gym, although it was not clearly explained whether it was free to use. Parking was convenient as the open area was covered by trees, helping protect vehicles from direct sunlight. There were a few areas that could be improved. The toilet had permanent stains which made it appear unclean, and there was a noticeable vinegar smell, especially in the bathroom, which staff mentioned was due to cleaning. The room itself felt somewhat small for the price, making it seem a bit expensive for the overall space provided. Additionally, the TV was smaller than expected and was not a smart TV, which slightly affected the in-room entertainment experience.
