LUNA by LCB Apartelle and Resort Tagaytay

We were very disappointed with our one-night stay and would not book this property again! I booked online during the weekend, and less than 30 minutes after receiving the email confirmation, we drove to the property. However, when we arrived, the front desk staff said they could not verify our booking. We had to wait for some time, which was frustrating because we needed an immediate place to rest. Eventually, we were assigned a small room that felt more like ya budget motel than a proper apartelle accommodation. While there were a few positives, the overall experience was disappointing, especially considering the price. **Pros:** The lobby looked nice, parking was spacious, the air-conditioning worked well, and there was a hot shower. **Cons:** The room was small and did not feel properly cleaned. Basic amenities such as toothbrushes, slippers, and toilet paper were not provided. There were also dogs near the lobby area leading to the stairs, and traffic noise from outside could be heard clearly from the room. For the same price, I have stayed in much better accommodations. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this property and will not be booking it again.
