High quality stay in Gent

The house was spacious, modern, exceptionally clean and tidy. A twenty minute scenic walk to the city centre. The owner was always on hand and very helpful. The house was decorated for Christmas, which was a nice touch. Everything was to a high standard and quality with plenty of glasses and crockery. Extra blankets and duvets if needed.

There wasn't anything we didn't like.

The front bedroom was quite noisy. The upstairs neighbour delighted in playing loud dance music at 6am each morning, before leaving for work.

Ghent is stunning. Its people are super friendly and laidback. We were really glad we stayed in Ghent rather than Brugge

Super location as quiet but near to the centre. Communication with hosts was good. Apartment is light and airy and has a lovely courtyard with pretty planting. Beds were very comfortable.

Weekend i n Gent

The house is as beautiful as in the pictures. I loved the big, nicely decorated living room. The 2 rooms upstairs are smaller compared to the one downstairs, but can all comfortably accommodate 2 people. Communication was easy, the host offered us the use of a garage for 10€ per night. The city center can be reached with a very pretty 15 minutes walk along the river.

The property only has one toilet downstairs and one shower upstairs, so everyone has to walk up and down the stairs, which are quite slippery. Cleaning could be improved.

The apartment was every bit as lovely as the photos portrayed. Very spacious and immaculately clean, with everything provided for our stay. The beds were large and extremely comfortable. The apartment is located in a quiet street, just a short walk from the the train station and the main tourist area of the city. There were many lovely bars & restaurants for us to explore. Thank you for a great stay.

only one toilet for six people and as it was on the ground floor, four people had to negotiate the stairs in the night. one of the shower heads was cracked and the other needed cleaning. I t would have been appreciated if there had been some dishwasher tablets, coffee filter papers etc ie small things in place so that we didn’t have to go straight out to find a shop.

Exceptional

The accommodation exceeded our expectations. I was travelling with a group of friends and if it was possible, we would have stayed there for a month because the apartment is very cosy and we felt like we were at home. The apartment is wonderfully furnished. We were very sorry that we couldn´t use the backyard with seating due to the winter weather.

There was no toiletries but the apartment information said they were supplied . Also no cleaning products again they were listed as being supplied . Some guidance on how to use TV would be useful as it was quite complicated

Mooie accommodatie, fijn verblijf in Gent.

Ruime, gezellige accommodatie. Iets buiten centrum, maar prima te belopen en juist ook fijn buiten de toeristische drukte te verblijven. Prettige communicatie. Foto’s en omschrijving zijn zoals accommodatie is. Wij hebben de stad lopend, fietsend en varend ontdekt. Blijft een fijne en gezellige stad! Evt vragen werden beantwoord per app.

Bij in- en vooral uitrijden parkeergarage dient men de bocht zo ruim mogelijk te nemen.

Mooie ruime woonkamer met open keuken voorzien van alle apparatuur. 3 slaapkamers met allemaal een heerlijk tweepersoonsbed. Kwartiertje wandelen vanaf het oude stadscentrum !

Absoluut geen slecht woord over deze mooie accommodatie, enige wat ik kan bedenken is dat de voordeur een beetje klemt.

Das Apartment ist gut ausgestattet. Es ist großzügig und der Innenhof ein schöner Platz zum sitzen. Perfekte Wohnung für einen Trip mit Freunden. Vermieterin war sehr nett und hilfreich. Lage war gut um alles zu erreichen.

Man merkt der Wohnung die Benutzung ein bisschen an. Einrichtung könnte etwas weniger zweckmäßig sein. in manchen Ecken war es etwas staubig.

Leuk ingericht. Fijne en schone bedden en badkamer. Leuke schaduwrijke tuin.

Keukengerei kon beter. Sommige benodigdheden misten zoals olie om mee te bakken en gerei zoals spatels. Servies was niet goed schoon bij aankomst. Ook weinig toiletrollen en handdoeken voor 6 personen voorzien. Was handig geweest als dit in de advertentie werd aangegeven. Ligging was ongeveer 20 minuten lopen naar het centrum.

Très agréable séjour, appartement décoré avec beaucoup de goût, très propre et spacieux.

Nous avons pu bénéficier d'une place pour notre voiture dans le parking souterrain très proche. Le logement est un petit peu éloigné du centre ville mais cela n'a pas été un problème pour nous.

La porte d'entrée de l'immeuble frotte vraiment très bruyamment sur le carrelage nous réveillant tôt le matin et tard le soir
