Apartments are modern, nice and cosy. Lot of natural light because of big windows, quiet location at the river.
Only disadvantage is there is no washing machine in the apartment, but you have to use the hotel one, which is located in the parking garage.

Great location for walking into the centre of Gent plus the Dampoort train station was a few minutes away.
The Apartment was spacious, bright clean and extremely quiet.
Very well equipped kitchen.
Staff at the reception desk at the Ibis (where you collect the keys) were very helpful.

Large Apartment, quite area, close to train station, manageable to walk to the city Center, good restaurants nearby.
The Apartment wasn’t quite clean. The electric kettle looked as if it was never cleaned, crumbles on the floor and couch, kitchen superficially cleaned, with sticky spots.
The personal was friendly but when pointing out the apartment wasn‘t clean, I needed to insist for someone to take care. At the end someone came and superficially swept the floor in the middle of the living room, leaving crumbles on the rest of the floor, table, couch and not checking rest of the kitchen.

I liked the location. This worked good for my purpose of being there. Easy access to main road I needed to get to work. I liked having parking just downstairs.
Parking was not guaranteed even after prepaying 310 eros for a 30-day day. I would come in at night from work during the weekend and the parking lot would be full.
Laundry on site was advertised and promised, however the laundry machines are actually the neighboring hotels and did not work.
