Condo comes with FREE beach service (2 chairs and 1 umbrella) on the beach right behind Sans Souci! (available March 1 - October 31).
San Souci unit 703 is a wonderful Gulf front three-bedroom, two-bath condo located just steps from the sugar white sands of Pensacola Beach. This condo is located on the top floor directly across the street from a convenience store as well popular local restaurant, Peg Leg Pete's.
Spend your time lounging around the pool or sunning on the over-sized Gulf facing deck. The master suite offers a king bed and private bath. Bedroom 2 has two queen beds and bedroom three has two twin beds. Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a hall bath with the living area. The kitchen has beautiful granite counter tops and upgraded appliances. The washer and dryer are located just off of the kitchen. The living area is located Gulf front and the 7th floor location offers amazing views of the white sand beach and emerald green water. All bedrooms have newly installed Smart TV's! Complimentary WiFi. Enjoy Sans Souci's large, gulf front pool, hot tub and outdoor grills too.
Vacationing is simple at Sans Souci as it is just minutes from local shopping, dining and entertainment.
Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the Sans Souci condominiums premises, including unit balconies, pool area and parking areas.
Due to HOA regulations, two cars maximum per reservation.

The vacation rental was very clean.

The view was outstanding. Furniture is very dated. Couch has no legs so it’s very low to the ground. Barstools are way too short to sit at the bar. You can put them around the table. The unit is definitely not handicap assessable. The master bathroom has a tall bathtub and no safety bars whatsoever to hold onto, there are no walk-in showers in this unit. The two chairs that were in the living room with the couch were made of fabric and definitely needed to be cleaned. The rug in the living room needed to be cleaned. The bathroom rug in the master bathroom was not a bathroom rug and is very slippery. Nice to have a washer dryer in the unit even though it was a small size compared to a three bedroom two bath unit we were expecting a full-size washer dryer. parking was a hot mess. There is no rhyme or reason the spots were like 102 then it would jump to 704703 then it would go back to 422. It was crazy so you had to drive around the garage until you found the number.
