About this apartment rental
Welcome to "Good Times & Tan Lines". This is a newly updated large beach front corner 4th floor condo with a beautiful view. This is the largest two bedroom with a washer/dryer in Sans Souci. The master bedroom has a king bed. The second bedroom has two queen beds and an extra room with a full over full bunk bed. This extra room that comes with this two bedroom unit makes all the difference and is hard to find elsewhere! You also have access to a storage room on the first floor where you can store your beach chairs/toys etc. We have three TVs and three DVD players, and smart TV capability.
You are so close to the water you can see dolphins swimming in the beautiful clear water. There are several very good local restaurants nearby and a convenience store right across the street. When you are tired from a day at the beach, just walk across the street to the infamous Peg Leg Pete's. The front entrance also offers a beautiful view of the bay. San Souci is gated and safe. We look forward to having you as our guests!

Pros: On the beach, ocean views from every room, easy check in, gated & covered parking located right by the elevators, quick responsiveness from ownerCons: Incessant construction work from 7 am to 5 pm that we weren’t expecting per listing, floors weren’t visibly dirty, but the soles of our feet were black within an hour of arrival (and this was without having been down to the beach yet,) shower curtains were moldy, balcony was small compared to others in same price point The owner did reach out to us the day of arrival to let us know about some major construction work that was going on downstairs. She apologized for not knowing the construction would be going on. The noise made it unpleasant to sit too much on the balcony or to leave the windows open. This was disappointing as the weather was perfect for having them open. We did still get to take advantage of them for a bit in the evenings, but had to make sure to close them before bedtime if we wanted even the possibility of sleeping past the start of the workday at 7. I really don’t mean to complain. Just trying to give an honest review. The condo was beautifully decorated, and the location proved to be relatively quiet aside from the construction. I highly doubt the owner is aware of the cleanliness issues, especially since the listing typically receives very high marks for this. I would consider staying again!

Perfect space with plenty of room and bedding options, laundry options, balcony with furniture, clean like new inside. Beach was feet away plus a pool area and hot tub. Our stay was not crowded. Lots of stores and places to eat within 5 minutes or walking distance. Bear Fruit is on the pier and has delicious açaí bowls!! The best!! There is some building construction happening at the moment which wasn’t a problem if you’re on the beach but a bit noisy if you like to sit on the balcony. Every person we met was super friendly there too!! I would definitely recommend this condo!

Loved the condo! My husband really liked the high chairs on the balcony, Beach view was wonderful, as was the water! One small suggestion- maybe purchase some new cookware that is not non-stick.
