As you walk into the property, to the left, is the first bedroom that has a king bed and a flat screen TV. Step into the hallway and there are custom built, twin hall bunks. They share the first floor full hall bathroom with shower/tub combo. A few more steps and you'll enter into the open living room and dining area. Enjoy views of the gulf from the sofa, sitting area or dining area. Or relax after a long day at the beach and watch your favorite shows on the large flat screen TV. Sit down to family meals or game night at the large wooden kitchen table. Just steps from the living room is the all stainless steel kitchen with everything you need to make your favorite breakfast, lunch or dinner.
Upstairs, to the left, is a large beach front, king bedroom with a flat screen TV, stylish beachy decor' and its own private balcony with more gorgeous views of the gulf. It offers a large private bathroom with a stand-alone-shower. Down the hall is the other king bedroom with a large sofa, flat screen TV and private bathroom with a shower/tub combo. This bedroom offers north views of the beach with outside access to the stairway that leads into the parking lot. Just outside of this bedroom, in the hallway, is the stackable washer and dryer. All carpets upstairs have been removed and replaced with beautiful, luxury vinyl plank flooring!

We love this place! This is the 2nd year we rented and find it so fun. Not too fancy and very comfortable for our multi-generational family. We enjoyed every minute. We have a toddler and a 5 year old child accompanying our grown children. Because it is right on the beach and we don't have to cross a busy street several times daily, it was perfect for us. The 5 year old loved the "secret hide-away" bunk room. Hoping to return again.

The property was a perfect location, especially since we had small children. The beach wasn't crowded and was easily accessible. The living area was small but manageable. The TV sat on the dining room table, so that was a little concerning as we had a toddler. The garage was a game changer. We were able to leave tents and chairs at night without climbing steps or getting an elevator. The ground floor bedroom could really hear any noise from above and beside them. All in all, we would stay here again. The convenience outweighed any negatives.

We love the fact that this unit is not in a high rise building and that access to the beach is right out the door. Also, we appreciate working with a local property management office rather than an online rental service.the only thing that would make it better is if it allowed dogs. It’s hard to find doggy care for a month

We had a nice time at this beach house. We have stayed all over Pensacola Beach and this met our expectations! We loved that there are two king size beds and we were so close to the beach. Everything was provided in the kitchen and it was clean and comfortable.
