About this apartment rental
This property is very well cleaned & disinfected behind every Guest. Linens & soft goods are hot-water washed, Lysol disinfected. All baths and horizonal surfaces are Clorox wiped cleaned. Disinfecting wipes stocked under every sink.
This newly renovated (2018) townhouse condo has over 2,500 SF overlooking beautiful Pensacola Beach. Each of the 4 bedrooms has a full bath attached. Keyless entry to the unit makes for ease of access. The fully equipped kitchen features an electric range with convection oven, dishwasher, under the counter ice maker, and french door refrigerator. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, cooking utensils, dishes, and flatware. The dining area and den have a beautiful view of the gulf and beach. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV and the spacious den has a large flat screen TV with Blue Ray DVD player. There is also a Blue Ray DVD player in one bedroom. The unit has high speed wireless internet. The pool can be viewed from the large balcony off of the den. There is a full size washer and dryer in the condo.
Walk directly onto one of the three balconies from three bedrooms and the den. The master bedroom has a private balcony with a great view of the beach where you can enjoy your morning coffee on the two chaise lounge chairs. The den and one bedroom share a large balcony with a table and 6 sling chairs for gathering during the day or evening. Another bedroom has a large private balcony facing the north side of the property. This balcony can also be accessed from the kitchen.
The beaches are never crowded at this 33 unit complex that includes a pool, poolside deck and poolside bathrooms (also on keypad). Beach chairs can be rented from local vendors. The free trolley that takes you to all the activities Pensacola Beach has to offer, which runs Memorial Day to Labor Day, stops a few steps from complex. Peg Leg Pete's, a longtime favorite dining spot, is a short walk away
Your semi-private 2 car garage parking is located directly under the unit 1 garage for small vehicle, other large vehicle. There is room to store beach gear. There is NO ELEVATOR to the unit, 28 steps w/landings at every 7 steps. Once inside condo, main floor is living room, kit, 2 bdrm/2ba, 3rd floor, 14 steps, are 2bd/2ba & laundry.
In order to make the most of your vacation and hopefully minimize the time spent in traffic, this unit rents Sunday to Sunday from mid-May until mid-August. The minimum age requirement of 25 years old is strictly enforced and this adult must physically occupy the premises for the entire length of stay. The maximum occupancy of ten (10) guests, including children, is also strictly enforced. Due to medical conditions of the owners NO ANIMALS of any kind are allowed in this condo.

Beautiful place , only drawback was the 4 flights of stairs , if you are an older adult , carrying your stuff up and down was not for the weak, there are no elevators but very spacious and stocked with everything you need to enjoy your stay highly recommend it !!!

We've stayed in several condos on this part of Pensacola Beach, but this was far and away the best. The condo is tastefully decorated, and very family friendly ... large enough for my husband and I + 4 young adult guys to spread out ... we enjoyed the March Madness basketball games on the large TV and comfy pit group! The condo is very well appointed ... nice sheets and towels, pots & pans, cutlery, serving dishes, and a grill. Made it easy to enjoy family style meals. The condo is also ideally located. Close to Peg Legg's for afternoon happy hours, and the pier/boardwalk and grocery/convenience store. Wish we could've experienced the Trolley, but it was great to be within walking distance to fun local spots. The condo community friendly and well maintained. Lovely to sit on the balcony in the morning and watch the goings on. The beach is literally just steps away from the condo. Beach chairs and toys are on hand in the covered garage space, and we rented chairs and umbrellas on the best beach days (delivered right to our beach).The property manager Andrea, was very helpful, and responded to text messages promptly ... but honestly we didn't need anything!This condo fit our needs perfectly! I would definitely come back to this unit, and highly recommend it!
