Great location
Check in was a bit long - had to wait for security staff. On the second day me facial recognition did not work correctly - leaving me unable to access the building. Had to redo the process.

Good location and the security staff were friendly and helpful.

Location was perfect. And also view of table mountain was spectacular
The apartment was a bit hot. And no coffee machine. A nespresso would be nice. There also is a community center with soccer and drumming next door. Interesting to watch but drumming was a bit noisy!

Location.
General lack of maintenance (i.e. broken balcony sliding door lock, toilet actuator plate missing). AC insufficient.
