The security to access the facilities.
Hot water was not working on the shower of the suite room.

Great view, location with easy access to nice restaurants, building facilities (gym, pool), and big towels. Some of the recommendations given by the host were among our favourite things.
The mattress of the first room was very thin, the shower head of the toilet could be higher and the bathroom of the other room could use a heated shower head.

Cosy apartment with a nice view, location is very good, plenty around to see and do.
Kitchen wasn't very well equipped and the check in process was needlessly difficult.
