Kiva Grand – Professionally Managed by Gulf Shores Vacation Rentals (GSVR)
This is a custom-designed beachfront home set on a spacious 2-acre Gulf-front lot within Kiva Dunes Golf & Beach Resort. A 2023 renovation brought exciting updates, including a brand-new kitchen, an upgraded master bath, a more accessible grandparent-friendly bath, a ninth full bathroom, and a newly added upstairs bunk room. While the breathtaking views and setting are grand, this home was designed for family gatherings, featuring a spacious kitchen, an oversized family room at pool level with a second kitchen, and a 20' x 40' beachfront pool with a hot tub, perfect for enjoying the outdoors year-round.

Located in Kiva Dunes Golf & Beach Resort (please note: guests do not have access to the Kiva Dunes Beach Club), Kiva Grand offers:
- 7 spacious bedrooms, each with a private bath and TV

Great for a large family! The pool was a real pool... not just a small puddle. We cooked in a lot... great kitchen and lots of utensils and cooking necessities.

This was our first time booking Kiva Grand, and wow, was it just perfect. We had 23 people stay during our visit and EVERYONE had an amazing time. The house was incredible, the views were perfect and the pool was our central gathering spot. We were all very comfortable with sleeping arrangements and we loved the privacy of the en suite bathrooms everywhere. The kitchen is a Chef’s dream (I am one) and there was a lot of storage options for all cold foods, a separate beverage fridge, and an independent ice maker. The staff was very communicative before and during our stay and we were never left wanting for more. We totallly recommend this property and will book again.

Beautiful open areas in the house. House is in very good condition- bedding fairly new, which is very important to me. Pool area was great. Just needs some sprucing up outdoors - but your money was well spent inside this fantastic house. Elevator is a big plus in this 3 story house. We’ll be back as our entire family enjoyed staying in your home. Not crazy about washing towels though - never been requested to do that and pay a healthy cleaning fee. Thank you for sharing your home on the beach !!!

We stayed here before and loved the house, the huge pool and the uncrowded beach.
I was shocked to find a few huge black ants every day, on every floor.
I was also disgusted the day that a huge cockroach was running around the bathroom in the master bedroom.
It was disappointing that the first time we took trash out, Monday after arriving Sunday evening, 3 1/2 of the 4 trash bins were full, and one didn’t have a lid.
They say that they are raising the price almost 20% next year, due to extensive renovations, but I didn’t see much added value overall. This price now makes this property as expensive as Orange Beach and Gulf Shores, with the inconvenience of a half hour drive, just to get to a decent grocery.
The deck around the pool is, burn your feet, hot. And the foot wide edging at the pool is like ice. My 21 month old granddaughter fell multiple times just walking away from the water
Finally, they had two open bins for toys, which were half full of mostly broken items, which stunk like they had been soaking in mold. A third box had a totally broken lid and had the same issue with a lot of unusable items.
If I did a home remodel of a luxury guest house, I would clean that junk out.
